I just want to say a very big thank you to everyone at Furniture 24/7 for the quick and VERY efficient way my order for bunk beds were dealt with. I had a confirmation of my order within a few minutes on line, telling me that the beds would be delivered within two weeks........ I thought that was excellent, but then after only 8 days I received a telephone call saying you would deliver the next day, I was truly delighted. I was given a time frame between 11am and 1pm and the driver arrived about 12 o'clock - that is what I call a service!!

From the time of looking at your web site to delivery, I cannot fault you - thank you for truly exceptional service.

The bunk beds are now in place and I couldnt be more pleased with them if I had spent hours and hours trailing round shops to find them. You have saved me no end of time and energy.... I will certainly recommend your firm to anyone who will listen.

After being told it was in stock, then it wasn't we were very hesitant as to whether it would actually be delivered by our deadline date which you said you could meet. Bob, the delivery guy was wonderful and very helpful. He is also a brilliant driver in tackiling the single track country roads into Beesands - this was not an easy task! You also sent us a double upgraded mattress, for which we are grateful. The triple sleeper is wonderful, comfortable and suits our requirements perfectly.

What an excellent service you have recently provided us with! Our purchase was a Regiate King Size bed and mattress. Our order arrived within 10 days. We were going to buy something similar from a North East pine shop and we're glad we didn't. Buying from yourselves, we saved over a third of the cost. The order from the NE shop would have taken 8-10 weeks and delivery was extra. Well done, for providing both an excellent product and efficient service, something of a rare quality these days. Also, thanks to Mark for the mattress advice, slept like logs (pine) last night. May we wish you every success.

The carrier Night Freight were very helpful and efficient. Ordered 18/01/02, delivered 24/01/02 and one third cheaper than the same item if I had purchased it locally.

We had delivered a sofia dining set delivered on the 22.12.01 to Crosby Grove, Blackpool. I would just like to say that we are more than happy with the product and for the price we paid, we are pleased with the quality. We looked around for weeks for a table like this around the £200 mark and could not find a decent table at all in Blackpool. Having ordered only small items off the internet before e.g. books, I was a bit dubious about the quality. But you have not disapointed me and the delivery was spot on, 3 days before Christmas day. The delivery firm contacted me the day before, and although there was a problem with the van on the Friday, he contacted me on the Friday 3 times and arranged delivery for Saturday morning which was more convenient.

So thank you for the service and the quality of the dining room suite, and I will recommend this site to anyone!

Dear furniture247. Your flexibility to arrange an evening delivery made a big difference to me. I am constantly annoyed by companies expecting me to be at home all day Mon-Fri, so your delivery service scores high marks in my book. Oh, and the bed is pretty good too (I am sleeping much better now!)

The packages arrived a day earlier than expected and very much to my sprprise, assembling two Balmoral chests of drawers was easier than putting together a Swish curtain rail! I bought a Relaxan Orthopedic Mattress. I was worrying a bit over buying any new mattress because I have never really had a comfortable one. I am pretty big, weighing in at 18stone, whilst my wife weighs about half that. So my first worry was roll together. My next big worry was springs, they all go eventually and one ends up waking up with pain throughout the back. I wanted to try something new.

The Relaxan arrived the very next day and it didn't look much, all rolled up and all. We unwrapped it and it sort of flopped out and looked pretty thin but we understood it would expand over a few minutes. It did and started to look better, although it was about half an hour before it reached it full depth. You can tell that because the creases disappear.

First thing we noticed was NO roll together and because the mattress is thermal (it has a wool winter side and a summer side) we were not presented with a cold bed on first use. Not having springs pushing one up is a different sensation but definately better and it doensn't squeek either.

We have had the bed for a couple of weeks, we both think the mattress is the best one we have ever slept on. It is very firm and supportive but at the same time, the deep quilting is very soft and warm.

I can't see you getting a better mattress at any price.
